A cross-disciplinary Indian creative group, Hashtag# Collective is preparing to stun the upcoming Kochi-Muziris Biennale with an art installation, named GenderFluid.
The proposed installation is a thoughtfully-constructed installation that allows people to experience gender fluidity as a positive movement towards a more inclusive world. It allows visitors to walk through and experience the interchange-abilities of gender forms.
Biju Kuriakose, Parvathi Nayar, Saira Biju and Abin Chaudhuri are the prime members of this highly professional art group.
The group is also planning to conduct a transgender fashion show as part of their project. Notably, the group is going to bring in highly reputed designer and fabric artist Neesha Amrish to design garments for transgender models set to participate in the show.
