Kashmiri students enrolled in a various institution in north India who had left for home due to violence and aftermath of the Pulwama terror attack, have started returning to their schools and college, said the North Zone liaison officer of the Jammu and Kashmir.
The situation is becoming normal, they are able to attend regular classes. The colleges have given undertaking over the safety and security of the Kashmiri students.
