Shock! UK voted in favour of Brexit; PM Cameron set to quit

Leaving entire world into abrupt panic, the United Kingdom has decided to leave the European Union. Reports say that in the referendum conducted on June 23, UK citizens voted in favour of the Brexit putting the country into the edge of crisis. Report added that nearly fifty-two percentage people voted for the Brexit while around forty-eight percentage people opted against it. Meanwhile, the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, has announced his resignation immediately after the result. He was one of the top campaigners of the pro-EU faction. Anyway, experts observed that the Brexit would mark the beginning of a new world order. It will make mixed –positive and negative- effects on the world economy and polity, they added. The news evoked mixed-reactions among the world leaders. When Germany, France and Italy expressed negative comments, Russia spoke in favour of Brexit. The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, announced that this is a big blow to the European Union. She added that it may hurt the unity of the entire Europe. Backing Merkel’s argument, the French President, Francois Hollande, claimed that the UK’s decision would badly hurt EU and it is a big test to the Union. It is learned that the German supremo, French President and Italian PM are scheduled to convene a meeting on Mondayat Berlin to discuss the Brexit crisis. However, the Russians seem to be extremely happy with the UK’s decision. They asserted that the referendum proved UK’s citizens were unhappy with EU’s security measures and migrant policy. Preponderance of the European leaders opined that the union will stay strong and overcome the crisis even if the UK diched the EU.
