Alexander Brothers Found Guilty on All Counts in Federal Sex Trafficking Trial

A federal jury in New York City has found wealthy real estate brokers Tal Alexander, 39, and twins Oren and Alon Alexander, 38, guilty on all counts in a high-profile sex trafficking trial. The verdict, delivered Monday after four weeks of testimony, followed disturbing accounts from multiple women who accused the brothers of drugging and sexually assaulting them over more than a decade. Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Jones presented testimonies from 11 victims, while the brothers faced 10 charges including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.

Prosecutors argued that the three brothers used their wealth, influence, and social status to lure women, including two teenage girls, before drugging and sexually assaulting them. Some victims alleged they were abused while incapacitated, with prosecutors claiming that the assaults were sometimes recorded through photos or videos. The brothers, who had pleaded not guilty after their arrest in Miami in December 2024, denied the allegations throughout the trial, with their defense team insisting that the encounters were consensual.

Before the case emerged, Oren and Tal Alexander were widely known in the luxury real estate market, earning the nickname “The A Team” for brokering high-end properties across New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, while Alon Alexander worked as an executive at his family’s private security firm after graduating from law school. Sentencing has been scheduled for August 6. Outside the courthouse, defense attorney Marc Agnifilo said the verdict was disappointing but confirmed the legal team would continue fighting the case and pursue appeals.
