Chicken Bread Roll – Unique Times

Ingredients

• Chicken ……………………………………250Gms

• Turmeric powder …………………………1Pinch

• Salt …………………………………………..to taste

• For stuffing:

• Onion …………………………..2Cup (chopped)

• Ginger paste …………………………………..1tsp

• Garlic paste ……………………………………1tsp

• Green chilly …………………………3(Chopped)

• Garam masala ……………………………..1/2tsp

• Turmeric powder ………………………….1/4tsp

• Red chilly powder …………………………1-2tsp

• Coriander leaves ………………………1Handful

• Oil …………………………………………………3tsp

• Curry leaves

• Salt …………………………………………..to taste

• Bread ………………………………………10Pieces

• Egg ……………………………………………………1

• Milk …………………………………………….1Cup

• Bread Crumbs ………………………………1Cup

Preparation
Cook chicken by adding turmeric powder and salt. Shred it. For Filling Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chilly, onion and some salt, sauté till onions are light brown color. Then add garam masala powder, turmeric powder and red chilly powder. Sauté it for some time. Then transfer shredded chicken to it. Mix well and cook it for 3-5 mins. Finally sprinkle some cori- ander leaves, mix well, switch off the flame and allow it to cool.

Assembling:

Remove edges of bread pieces. Beat egg. Spread bread crumbs. Soak bread slices in milk, squeeze it.  Place 2tsp of filling in its centre. Roll it, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and keep it aside. Keep the Rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the coating to get firm. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls till golden colour. Now our delicious chicken bread roll is ready to serve.
