Grammy-Nominated Gospel Singer Bobbi Storm’s In-Flight Performance Causes Stir on Delta Air Lines

In a surprising turn of events, Grammy-nominated gospel singer Bobbi Storm found herself at the center of a controversy on a recent Delta Air Lines flight. A video posted on her Instagram account revealed Storm standing in the plane’s aisle, belting out her single “We Can’t Forget Him” to fellow passengers. However, her impromptu performance was abruptly interrupted by a Delta crew member, who requested her to sit down and “be quiet.”

Storm, a member of the acclaimed gospel group Maverick City Music, informed fellow passengers of her Grammy nominations, garnering both applause and attention. Despite being asked to comply by the flight leader, Storm expressed that she was following the Lord’s guidance. The situation escalated when, even after an apparent concession, Storm continued singing when the crew member turned away.

In response to the incident, a Delta spokesperson emphasized the importance of following crew instructions for the safety of all on board. Delta confirmed reaching out to Storm, stating, “Delta has been in contact with the customer.” Meanwhile, Storm, in a follow-up video, asserted that she aimed to spread joy rather than break any rules. She called for understanding and urged that the crew member not face repercussions for his actions, emphasizing the need for compassion in how people treat one another.
