Sania-Martina Partnership Wins Australia Open Women’s Doubles Title

The unbeatable pair gets their 36th victory in a row. Indian Tennis genius Sania Mirza and Swiss champion Martina Hingis wins Australia Open women’s doubles title after beating Czech pair Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka. The match took place on Friday. This is their 3rd grand win of a major title as a pair added to Winbledon and U.S title victories in 2015.

Sania also entered the semifinals in mixed doubles match with her Croatian partner Ivan Dodig after defeating Leander Paes and Martina Hingis . The Indo-Croatian pair will face Elena Vesnina and Bruno Soares for a spot in the finals.
