Abetment of suicide charged against former central minister Shashi Tharoor in Sunanda Pushkar death case

A serious charge of abetment of suicide has been booked against former central minister and congress lawmakers Shashi Tharoor in the Sunanda Pushkar death case, which the Delhi police have been investigating for nearly four years.

The MP has taken no time to respond against the move made by the police. He has used his twitter handle to share his view about the move. He has indirectly alleged that it is a politically motivated move.

He has claimed that the police authorities had around six months ago informed the court that there was no evidence against anyone in the case.

The MP has questioned how or under which circumstance such an opinion has been overturned to reach the conclusion that the police have now reached.
