Canadian library faces criticism for not denying permission for feminist hate speech

A Canadian library has faced serious criticism, as it has declined to accept the request seeking the denial of permission to a feminist speaker to conduct a speech in the premises of the library.

Those who oppose the speaker have gathered outside the premises of the building, when popular feminist Meghan Murphy has conducted the speech.

The protesters consider the feminist as a female chauvinist. They think she is against the minority community of transgender.

Interestingly, the feminist does not think there is merit in the argument. She has several times denounced the argument raised against her by her critics.

She sees herself as an advocate of female rights. She does not feel it right to give more rights to the transgender community in the country in the way that affects the right of women.

The issue has attained mixed response from across the country.
