In one of the shocking report publicised by the national medias on today, it exposes that the Narcotics Control Bureau has busted an international drug racket headed by a Bangalore-based scientist. As per the report, the officials seized nearly 231 kg of drugs, worth around forty-five crores. The report added that the culprits were arrested at Miyapur on last week. Notably, the prime culprit arrested by the NCB is a reputed scientist who is running a world class chemical unit in Bangalore. The investigating officials had raided the scientist’s house located at Electronic City, and seized over one crore rupees from the house. It is learned that a case has been registered against the scientist’s wife for allegedly trying to hide the money.
It is said that based on the confession of the scientist and his aid, the investigating officials raided a drug manufacturing unit allegedly used by the scientist to cook the amphetamine. From the media reports, it is identified that the scientist was cooking drugs for his foreign customers. At this moment, more details of the case are not yet publicised. It can be clearly said that the arrested culprit is undoubtedly linked to some international drug racket. Amphetamine is the most dangerous nervous system stimuli. It is the prime compound of some dangerous drugs. It is second biggest drug hunt of the year. Recently, the NCB had busted an international drug racket allegedly run by a former Bollywood actress and his boyfriend.
