The France Supremo, Emmanuel Macron, has warned the United State President, Donald Trump, against the latter’s move to recognise the disputed region of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
As per the International media report, the French leader has asserted that any decision on the disputed region must be within the framework of negotiations between Israel and its rival, Palestine.
There are reports that the United Sates, which is the prime alley of the nation of Jews, is likely to unilaterally recognise the disputed region as the capital and to commence the initiative to relocate the country’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem this week itself.
Since the passage of an act, seeking the relocation of the US embassy in Israel, in the US parliament in the year 1995, each and every US supremo has inked the waiver order every six months.
This time, the president has shown no interest in signing the waiver order, indicating a significant change in the country’s policy on Israel and Palestine.
Anyway, apart from France, some prominent Arab nations such as Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Turkey have given similar statements against the United Sates.
Meanwhile, Palestine has requested the immediate intervention of the International community in the issue.
