The new developments indicate that one of the most powerful Arabian countries of the world, Saudi Arabia, is using an unusual way to settle the corruption cases, particularly those corruption cases registered against its elite princes.

As part of a new corruption settlement move, the Saudi authorities have released some of those Saudi Arabian princes, who were arrested in an anti-corruption drive initiated at the behest of the newly inducted Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman, from the custody after receiving the settlement amount.

At this moment, it is not clear how much money have been paid to the Saudi government by each prince to escape from the clutches of imprisonment and other punishments.

It is learned that the Saudi government have consolidated a considerable amount from the released princes as part of the new corruption settlement.

Many have alleged that the newly inducted supremo is trying to consolidate power with the help of the authority he have been granted by the country.

At least two hundred princes were arrested in connection with the anti-corruption drive. All those arrested were kept in the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Riyadh.

Prince Miteb bin Abdullah is one of the princes who have been released through the new corruption settlement’s provisions such as the payment release.
