Syrian Chemical Attack Crisis: OPCW investigators permitted to visit Douma

The investigators of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons have been allowed by the Russian authorities to visit Douma, the region in Syria where the pro-Assad forces allegedly used chemical weapons.

The United Sates and the West including the United Kingdome and France recently launched air strikes in the Syrian government targets to avenge the alleged chemical weapon attack, despite the Russian warning that the legitimate Soviet successor will not stay quite if the West and US launches any kinds of attacks in the country it unconditionally backs.

The Syrian government, which asserted that the chemical attack allegation raised against it was false, claimed that it intercepted several missiles triggered at them by the US and West, though those admitted carrying out attack doubtlessly confirmed that none of the missiles directed towards the chemical weapon manufacturing centres and military centres of Damascus were blocked using the missile defence mechanism.

While responding to the news regarding the invitation given by the Russian authorities to the OPCW investigators, some senior UN and West officials claim that the Moscow officials might have tampered with the evidence of the chemical attack.

Anyway, it is confirmed that as early as possible the investigators will collect the evidences from the location, particularly the soil samples.
