While speaking at the emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council, the United State envoy strongly criticised the Russian authorities over the bombing of Aleppo.The city is one of the most populous Syrian cities. It is serving as the capital of Aleppo Governorate.In the speech, the US envoy alleged that the Russian authorities had told lies in the council about the issues in Syria.
Earlier, the Russian representatives informed the council that the Syrian forces are trying to remove the terrorist from the city.In addition, they reportedly asserted that the forces did not harm any civilians during their operation.Now, the US authorities are trying to establish that those details informed by the Russian authorities were huge lies.But, notably, the US official did not name the Russian forces in their complaint dossier.Importantly, the US representative informed the council that it is now impossible to bring peace in Syria.In the five-year-long civil war, the city has become one of the key battlegrounds.Some human right organisation reportedly asserted that the civilians are often targeted by the forces.Unfortunately, it is learned that the preponderance of the victims injured in the war is innocent children.Since the end of the recent ceasefire agreement, the Russian authorities have not admitted they have conducted any kind of attack in Aleppo.Anyway, the human rights organisations opined that it is the high time to end this deadly war.
