Congress President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a rally in Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday said that the party will restore special category status to Arunachal Pradesh and another category status to Arunachal Pradesh of Northeast states if they get the power ‘Congress will never attack language, culture, customs and tradition of Northeast states,’ he added Rahul further added that the Congress will firmly oppose Citizenship Amendment Bill.
