The victims of the mass shooting predominantly consisted of teenagers and young adults, according to the authorities. Among those who tragically lost their lives were 20-year-old Kylis Fagbemi and 18-year-old Aaliyah Gonzalez, a recent high school graduate. Aaliyah was known for her exceptional artistic talent, with her mother showcasing her artwork on Facebook and describing her as a “natural born artist” who had been sketching since a young age. Currently, three victims remain hospitalized in local medical facilities, all in fair condition, as a result of injuries sustained during the mass shooting. In an effort to encourage cooperation and provide an incentive for crucial information, the police have announced a reward of $28,000 for any leads that lead to arrests and subsequent charges.
