Hollywood actress Ashley Tisdale finds herself in the midst of a legal battle as she faces a lawsuit stemming from a car collision that occurred on Hollywood Boulevard in September 2022. Lina Gonzales, the plaintiff, has claimed “severe injuries” and substantial damages as a result of the accident, with medical expenses estimated at around $140,000. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the incident unfolded when Ms. Gonzales was waiting to make a left turn in the left turn lane, and she alleges that Tisdale changed lanes and collided with her vehicle. In addition to seeking compensation for medical costs and wage loss, Gonzales is also pursuing damages for what she describes as “loss of love and protection.”
Gonzales’ attorney initially demanded $600,000 from Ashley Tisdale, a request that was reportedly declined, leading to the filing of the lawsuit. Tisdale’s representative has responded to these allegations, asserting that there was no aggressive behavior or verbal confrontation on the part of the former Disney star following the accident. According to their account, both parties exchanged contact information and departed from the scene without incident.
