Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles Home Burgled During Global Film Tour

Actor Brad Pitt’s residence in Los Angeles was reportedly burgled late Wednesday evening while he was away promoting his upcoming film F1. According to law enforcement sources cited by NBC News, the incident occurred at Pitt’s home on North Edgemont Street in the Los Feliz neighborhood. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a burglary call but were initially unable to identify the homeowner, LAPD Officer Drake Madison told the Associated Press.

NBC News reports that three unidentified individuals allegedly climbed over the property’s front fence and gained entry by breaking a front window. The house was ransacked, and while officials confirmed that an unspecified amount of “miscellaneous property” was stolen, the exact items taken have not yet been disclosed. Pitt purchased the $5.5 million residence in April 2023.

Neither Brad Pitt nor his representatives have issued a statement regarding the incident. The burglary comes amid a string of break-ins targeting celebrity homes in Los Angeles, including a February 2025 incident at the Beverly Hills residence of actor Nicole Kidman and musician Keith Urban. Pitt is currently engaged in global promotions for F1, directed by Joseph Kosinski, which is scheduled for worldwide release on June 27, 2025.
