Elevating Xi Jinping to the level of Mao Zedong, the Chinese Communist Party has successfully enshrined Chinese Supremo’s ideologies and thoughts in its constitution.
Through the historic move, Mr Jinping has proved that no one in the communist party has the power oppose his decisions.
Noteworthy, the bid to enshrine the Xi’s ideologies and thoughts in the constitution have been unanimously approved by the Chinese Communist Party Congress, which is happening in Beijing.
As per the report, there have been nearly 2000 members in the Beijing Great Hall of People where the Congress is taking place. Notably, not even a single member present at the meeting -according to the media report- have shown courage to oppose the move.
Since 2012, Mr Jinping has been systematically increasing his political power in the party and in the country.
He has not tolerated any political dissent and used all these powers to crush his opponents.
This is the first time in the history of the Chinese Communist party that the ideology of a political leader, other than Mao, has been enshrined in the constitution.
Anyway, there is no doubt that Mr Jinping has become one of the unavoidable political leaders in the Chinese Communism with the move.
