Manappuram Unique Times Business Summit 2025 Explores the Tech-Driven Future of Travel

Held on July 17th at Gokulam Park Convention Centre, Kochi, the Manappuram Unique Times Business Summit 2025 was a confluence of visionaries discussing the next era of travel. Organized by Pegasus Global Pvt Ltd under the leadership of Dr Ajit Ravi, the summit focused on the theme: “Revolutionizing Travel Through Technology: The Role of AI and Virtual Reality.”

The discussion was led by moderator Dr. K. A. Kuriachan, with notable panelists including Prasanna Patwardhan (BOCI), V.C. Praveen (Sree Gokulam Group), Kanwarjit Singh Sawhney (ITTA), Babu Panicker (BOCI), Manu G (CIAL), Loknath Behera (Kochi Metro), and Dr Jolly Antony (Al Safina Travel Group, UAE & India). The Business Summit was organized as a joint initiative by Manappuram Finance Ltd, Unique Times, and the Bus & Car Operators Confederation of India (BOCI).

Panelists explored how AI and VR can redefine mobility—from optimizing transport networks to offering immersive travel previews. The summit reinforced its stature as a dynamic platform for industry-shaping discussions on transportation and tourism innovation.
