Many of us our aware of Queen Victoria, who once was the empress of India. We are also aware of her various relations with other men. But what we weren’t aware of was an extraordinary friendship she had with her Indian Attendant Abdul.
The movie Victoria & Abdul revolves around the extraordinary friendship they shared and how from a mere servant boy, he went on to become the clerk and also a close Knit of Queen Victoria. The role of Abdul is played by the Hollywood actor Ali Fazal, who had debuted in Hollywood with a small cameo role in Fast Furious 6. Opposite to him is Judi Dench, who has played prominent roles in James Bond movies and is also academy award winning actress. The movie is directed by Stephen Pears is set to hit Theatres by September 2017. By the look of the trailer, the movie looks quite promising.
