Electra Schrock, a 47-year-old neighbor of actor Charlie Sheen, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday in Van Nuys Superior Court. She faces a single felony charge of assault using force likely to produce great bodily injury. The incident said to have occurred on December 20th, involved an alleged break-in at Sheen’s Malibu residence, resulting in an assault on the “Two and a Half Men” star.
Authorities from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call regarding a battery at the 6000 block of Cavalleri Road around 1 p.m. on the reported day. Upon arrival, deputies found Sheen as the victim of the purported assault and break-in, subsequently arresting Schrock. A bail of $75,000 has been set for Schrock, and a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for January 8th to address the case further.
